- 100 gr Za’atar,
- 200 gr lentils
- 200 gr chickpeas,
- 1 bottle rose water.
Here are a few key ingredients I love sharing with my clients and which feature in my recipes often:
-Zaatar is a dry thyme, sumac and spices mixture that can be used as a dry dip (or dukah) and oil to dip flat bread in.
-Tahini can be used as a dip on its own or in Hummus,
-Rose water is used in making fragrant and delicate desserts.
