Quinoa Bars

Oven on 100*c
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup raw quinoa, rinsed
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup dried tart cherries
2 Tbs brown rice syrup
3/4 tsp salt
Toast almonds quinoa pumpkin & sunflower seeds and let cool. Process cherries, brown rice syrup, salt & 2 Table spoons water in a food processor until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and stir in almond mixture. Press firmly into lined pan and bake in the pre heated oven at 100 degrees celsius for 20-25 min. until no longer sticky. Cut while hot. Store in air tight container
