Green Smoothie
A health-kick smoothie with attention to greens, a great way to sneak in the greens.
Ingredients:
1 Kiwi fruit
½ Avocado
A handful spinach
A handful kale leaves
½ lemon
A handful pumpkin seeds
½ banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 cups filtered water
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend and serve.
