Life is great when you are eating well

The first rule is to eat fresh - and the only way to eat fresh is LOCAL.

Shopping at the Farmers market on the weekend to stock-up the fridge for the week or order a

box of produce online, and let the produce dictate the menu.

Eat lots of greens and salad, try not to over cook your veggies in a stir fry or curry and make

soups with the end-of-the-week produce. Dinner needs to be light but we do need some starchy

vegetables in there - root vegetables are important not just for the winter months, don’t forget to

also use plenty of garlic and ginger for immunity and fresh herbs too..
