About the event

In this 4 hour workshop you will gain skills to prepare a variety of dishes, hot and cold from REAL FOOD, natural and simple ideas to spar up your love for your health the planet's. 

Learn how to shop-for and stock up an Eco Pantry full with whole foods.  Learn how to ferment foods and incorporate them into your diet, learn how to make sourdough bread and take home a starter. 

Included in the program: ~ Learn how to make sourdough bread from starter to loaf - Hagar will demonstrate the whole bread-making-at home process, a simple method that is easily incorporated into a busy life, so you are all set to start making your own sourdough bread, you will be given a starter  to take home. ~ We will explore Fermented foods - water kefir and sauerkraut  ~ On the menu for lunch there will be : Hummus, beans, sourdough bread, nut bars , dried fruits and herb teas for refreshments.. ~ You will get written information  Eco-Pantry, list of whole foods, Sprout-Making  and Bean-Cooking charts. ~ Recipes for dairy free and gluten free dishes. ~ Lunch and tea included.
