Where we take care of our family with good food and nurturing and keeping the planet healthy 

Taking care of the well being of the planet and oursevels.

 Some of the topics we will discuss in this workshop are: Cooking methods to conserve energy and preserve nutrition, Waste minimising, Buying Local, Home Cooking including sourdough bread making (take home a starter!) and fermented foods, 

We will have hands on time and a meal.
