About the Event

Learn how to cook simple sustainable food that is healthy for you and the planet. This class will be packed with information. Learn cooking techniques, new recipes and how to make sourdough bread.

In this class you will enjoy a simple demonstration of staple plant based dishes, such as a legume dish, dips and dressings, a salad and bread making.

We will discuss sustainable kitchen practices and the content of the Eco-Pantry.
