About the event

This class will be packed with information. 

Learn cooking techniques and new recipes and how to make sourdough bread.

I will give  a simple demonstration of staple plant based dishes, such as a legume dish, dips and dressings, a salad and bread making, and we will taste these as well.

There will be nice hot herbal tea, books and magazines to look and be inspired by, all to create a friendly and inclusive environment to share and learn in.

We will also discuss sustainable kitchen practices and the content of the Eco-Pantry.
