About the event

Hagar is returning to Wellington, this time teaching Mezze style cooking.

Mezze is a spread of dishes, eaten together or stored in the fridge for lunch or for sandwiches.

We will explore little dishes made with beans, chick-peas (hummus), chilli, seasonal producecooked in various ways, pickled veggies and salads.  

A mezze is a great way to cook and eat and cook to increase nutrition as well as varying what we eat, so you will never be bored by plant-based food again. 

The flavours are mediterranean and middle-astern filled with great aromas.

There will be a talk, hands on cooking and off-course dining.
