In this class Hagar will demonstrate Plant-Based cooking made wholesome, Nutritionally Balanced, Fresh, Local and TASTY.

We will explore pantry ingredients, shopping for the best food and cooking Tofu. 

You will recieve recipes, written info, tasting the dishes made in the demonstration, have lots of fun and your questions answered.
