Classes & Events
I offer classes, dinners, and talks in and around Dunedin, as well as periodically around New Zealand.
The classes cover all aspects of a Plant-based diet, from sprouting and salads to bean cooking, stocking the pantry shopping instructions and how to run an Eco-Kitchen. The classes include a cooking demonstration, discussion and sharing of knowledge and of course - eating!

Plant Based Whole Foods Cooking Class
This class will be packed with information. Learn cooking techniques, new recipes and how to make your own sourdough bread. In this class you will enjoy a simple demonstration of staple plant-based dishes, such as a legume dish, dips and dressings, a salad and bread making.
