Included in the program:
~ Learn how to make sourdough bread from starter to loaf - Hagar will demonstrate the whole bread-making-at home process, a simple method that is easily incorporated into a busy life, so you are all set to start making your own sourdough bread, you will be given a starter to take home.
~ We will explore Fermented foods - water kefir and sauerkraut
~ On the menu for lunch there will be savoury and sweet dishes that you will learn at the workshop, Hummus, beans, sourdough bread to name a few. Herbal tea and dried fruit and nuts for snacks.
~ You will get written information on stocking the Eco-Pantry, Sprout-Making and Bean-Cooking charts.
~ Recipes for dairy free and gluten free dishes.
~ Lunch and tea included.
