Catering is available for any size and style function - business conferences, meetings, gatherings and hui, weddings and parties.

Sample Menus

My general flavours are middle-eastern and mediterranean. These platters are a selection that is just an idea of what is possible...

Savoury Platters

Dolmas, rye bread, flat breads, organic GF blue corn chips, local cheeses, dips: capsicum & walnut dip, hummus, tahini, feta and chilli dip, pumpkin and sesame dip.

Sweet Platters

Activated-almonds-stuffed mujdul dates, plant-based bliss balls, gluten-free quinoa slice, dark chocolate and fresh fruit, walnuts, brazil nuts and hazelnuts.

Quinoa filled peppers - roast peppers filled with seasoned quinoa with  roasted pine nuts and raisins.

Hot and spicy lentil stew w/ pumpkin, potatoes, zucchini and carrots and raisins served with Couscous.

Served with large salads:

Tabbouleh - fresh parsley and mint red onion, cucumber & tomato chopped fine and dressed with lemon and olive oil.

 

Roast Veg Salad - roast kumara, potato, carrot, and parsnip with roast capsicum, garlic and red onion seasoned with lemon olive oil and fresh herbs.

 

Fresh wild green salad - organic and local greens, dressed with olive oil and lemon.

AYU - Wellness Arts Event Space

Hagar Ozri catered a beautiful selection of vegan food for us for our launch event last year. We had around 100 people attending, who absolutely loved and raved about how delicious it was. As a boutique event space, we also really appreciated the presentation, which was thoughtfully arranged and refreshed regularly throughout the time we had organised. Hagar is a great communicator and we enjoyed working with her. We look forward to working with her again.
