Hot dishes & Meals

Quinoa filled Peppers

 Roasted peppers filled with seasoned quinoa with  roasted pine nuts and raisins.

Hot and spicy lentil stew w/ pumpkin, potatoes, zucchini and carrots and raisins served with Couscous.

Tabbouleh

Fresh parsley and mint red onion, cucumber & tomato chopped fine and dressed with lemon and olive oil.

 

Roast Veg Salad

Roasted kumara, potato, carrot, and parsnip with roast capsicum, garlic and red onion seasoned with lemon olive oil and fresh herbs.

 

Fresh wild green salad - organic and local greens, dressed with olive oil and lemon.

Hagar Ozri catered a beautiful selection of vegan food for us for our launch event last year. We had around 100 people attending, who absolutely loved and raved about how delicious it was. As a boutique event space, we also really appreciated the presentation, which was thoughtfully arranged and refreshed regularly throughout the time we had organised. Hagar is a great communicator and we enjoyed working with her. We look forward to working with her again.
